To be silly is to be happy, at least that’s always been the case for me. Silly Head is kind of ridiculous, but that’s what it’s supposed to be. He emerged as a way for me to try and find childlike joy in my life again after years of being part of a system that seemed to beat it out of me. My goal in creating art is to help others find that joy they seek within themselves just as I did and to hopefully, if I’m lucky, make life a little happier for those who will let me.
